To access or use any service supplied by 'Smulti' or where the 'Smulti' brand is featured you must accept the following privacy and usage policy in relation to services supplied/ run by the brand. If you do not agree please do not use such services and features in future, we also require that in accordance with the aforementioned terms of use you indemnify and hold free from any liability whatsover the proprietors of the associated services and this agreement. You also accept that whatever agreed here shall be susbstaintiated to the maximum extent that UK jurisdiction permits, you also agree to abide by exclusive UK jurisdiction where content and services are hosted on UK domains, or constructed by UK groups. Disputes between you (the 'user') and 'Smulti' or the makers, shall be settled in the courts of the UK, if and when such disputes do arise.

General rules and policy:

The producers of the Smulti site will in no way be held responsible for any action which may arise because of the use of our website.

We may collect personal information, but only where you willingly provide it in communications. Such information is handled with care and respect, and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where the Law requires. We do not place or read cookies on your browser, nor use web beacons to collect information, but some of the 'Widgets', or third party content on our site may, and we cannot provide any information about such third party content. The only information we may collect is; 1. traffic information via a hit counter supplied by a third party, 2. Your email adress and any other information supplied in an email or data about the email if you contact us. (However you may specify that you do not want us to do this when you send an email.)

We never share these details with external companies and groups, except as described in the above clause (1.). The service is provided on an as is basis and no warrantees are made about it, this means you may not hold the providers of this email responsible for the quality of the service or provisions it makes.
This email service is not a mail account, it is merely and email which forwards to an existing email of yours, if you do not already have an existing email account you must create one before getting an email with us.
You agree to abide by the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK, and any disputes will be settled in UK courts in relation to this service.
‘Smulti’; the provider of the email address you register may at the sole discretion of the relevant staff or individuals suspend you email address with 30 days notice, no correspondence will be entered into over this, although you may of course register an alternative email.
You may not register more than one email which forwards to the same address, except where you have been notified than an existing one to that address is going to be suspended.
To get rid of an email address hosted by ‘Smulti’ at ‘www.smulti.co.uk’ you may select that form on the tabs below/on the relevant form.

As this service is not automated there may be slight delays in the changing, deletion or creation of email addresses, although the implications of this cannot bring any liability against you.
There are two services available the ‘One’-‘Smulti’ email services provided externally but using an @smulti address or an exclusive @smulti address just for forwarding.

These terms are valid of 23^rd March 2009. They may be altered at any point without notice, although new versions will only come into effect after 28 days. Where a new version is replaced within 28 days the replaced one will come into effect as scheduled and the other one will be displayed alongside it, with an accompanying message. The terms may be edited to clarify them, or accentuate the meaning, rather than to actually change the meaning of them. Such changes are effective immediately.
